Lei <\/strong>is a vocalist born in Hawaii to a 2nd<\/sup> generation Japanese father and Korean mother. Her interest in music began at an early age as her mother sang opera and in the church choir. She also took up ballet during elementary school and continued for 7 years until high school. She then engaged in hip hop and jazz dance. Continuing her education at the University of Hawaii, Lei took up Japanese literature and was chosen to participate in a foreign exchange program with Doshisha University. Lei speaks English, Japanese, and Korean and currently resides in Tokyo.<\/p>\n

Lei’s first single “To My Girls” <\/strong>can be heard on Myspace<\/a>.<\/p>\n
