At the age of 16 she joined\u00a0 the Hyper Gospel Choir where she learned to sing and perform with a maturity beyond her years.<\/p>\n During her college years she sang and worked as a band master with the college group K.B.R. society the KALUA<\/strong><\/a>, a large band with a long history. And performed with them for their 50th anniversary at the Bluenote in Tokyo as well as other events around Tokyo.<\/p>\n After college Sak. continued down her musical path performing on her own and with others at various venues in and around the Tokyo area. In 2007 she became the on-air personality of a the gospel internet radio show “Gospel and Organ\u266acs”<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 By fall of 2009 she had even recorded music with notable jazz musicians like Stanley Banks (George Benson Band)<\/strong>, Joe Ford (McCoy Tyner Band)<\/strong> and more.<\/p>\n Now in 2010 she has made one of her biggest steps with the release of her first full album “Gift of Love”<\/a><\/strong>.
